A friendly, qualified group available for you
We offer mindful meditation training and, by joining our mediation group, ongoing meditation support and a supportive environment
For those that need a more focused approach, we also offer Therapeutic Mediation courses for thise refrred by their doctor, counsellor or therapist. In these sessions we are supported by a qualified psychotherapist to create a safe environment, additional to therapy.
